the smooth check-in impressed me. the staff was helpful and ensured a quick start to my visit. the all-day dining options provided excellent service and great quality food. the menus at the a la carte restaurants had reasonable prices.

ordering a snack at the pool took long. i waited approximately 25 minutes. restaurants were full during the evenings, so i had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for a table.

The breakfast was GOOD, including great table service outside for coffees.

I requested an early check-in and was told they would try to accommodate me. upon arrival, there was NO option for an early check-in and the rooms were not ready at the official check-in time. We were given EXCUSE after excuse and were not spoken to in a nice manner. This dampened the whole experience.

poor hygienedeflated inflatable

the reception team did not offer a warm welcome. i found this quite disappointing upon arrival. towels near the pool seemed used and not properly folded, a hygiene issue. also, the inflatable at the beach was deflated, my children were unable to use it. these details.

The hotel offered multiple huge pools. It was a plus. i appreciated the comfortable beds and the efficient in-room service. breakfast had great variety, it really met expectations. the service staff was attentive and kind, which i found helpful.
